When we refer to “Business & Innovation”, we aren’t just talking about our passion for working with entrepreneurial, innovative companies. We personally aspire to innovate and hope to inspire others to innovate, too.

Managing attorney Jim Chester is co-founder of VENUE, a revolutionary concept that provides networking, training, and workspace for partner-level independent attorneys, CPA’s, financial advisors, brokers, consultants and other business professionals.
As of July 4, 2013, the firm went completely paperless with its own legal documents, including engagement agreements with clients.
Chester’s Grilling Blend
Managing partner Jim Chester is the inventor of Chester’s Grillin’ Blend, a versatile “Season-all” spice blend/rub that is an excellent compliment to grilled burgers, chicken, pork and fish, as well as on salads, casseroles, soups – and just about any other place you’d use salt, but want something with a little more flavor. It’s especially tasty on popcorn and on fries!
Jim also invented “Chester’s Steak Slather” and “Chester’s Salsa Blender Pack” (which produced a salsa that was awarded 3rd place in a State of Texas salsa competition).
The Art of Innovation | East Dallas High School Art Contest 2013
In 2013, the firm invited Lakewood/East Dallas-area high school students to create and submit original artwork that illustrates, conveys and/or captures the images, ideas and/or spirit of innovation. The winners will be those Works that best embody the contest theme: “the Art of Innovation.”
