The local art contest is open to all high school students that live in the 75214 zipcode, which encompasses neighborhoods in Lakewood and East Dallas. Prizes include cash awards up to $250 in addition to donations to the art department of top winners’ high schools. The winning art will be displayed at the main office of CHESTER pllc in Dallas.
